利用者が居宅介護等を利用し、特例を受ける場合は、次の流れで設定してください。
①【設定】利用者から「＋新規登録」または該当利用者の「詳細」を開き、「受給者証」で算定情報を設定
②「個人単位で居宅介護等を利用する場」を選択
③【実績記録】で算定日を選択し、「その他の項目を表示」から以下を選択
・8時間未満の場合：「居宅介護等を利用する場合」
・8時間以上の場合：「居宅介護等を利用する場合（長時間）」
※この特例は「日中支援加算」「重度障害者支援加算」との併給はできません。
